Federal Authority for Government Human Resources launches electronic system of job assessment and descriptions

Federal Authority for Government Human Resources recently launched an electronic system of job assessment and descriptions in the federal government to benefit 38 ministries and entities that have adopted ‘Bayanati’, the human resources information management system for the federal government. The system is aimed at streamlining business processes and speeding up the evaluation process in all ministries as well as federal entities.
