Ministry of Community Development to launch Nouselkom initiative in April to reach the elderly in all regions of the country

HE Najla bint Mohammed Al Awar, Minister of Community Development, announced that the ‘Nouselkom’ initiative will be launched in April to reach the elderly in all regions of the country, including those in residential areas and major cities, as well as nursing homes, hospitals, old age homes and other institutions.

The initiative comes in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, during the first Cabinet meeting.

His Highness had urged the ministers to undertake field visits to inspect projects to ensure people's satisfaction and facilitate their lives as part of the government’s efforts to achieve the happiness and well-being of citizens.
