Seminars held for federal government bodies

A series of seminars were held for federal government bodies on the fourth generation government excellence system.
The seminars were organised by the Shaikh Khalifa Government Excellence Programme (SKGEP) to inform governmental bodies about the system recently launched by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The seminars were attended by undersecretaries, executive directors, director-generals, directors of departments and representatives of various federal government bodies, and aims to inform them about the key points and criteria of the system.
Abdullah Bin Touq, Acting Executive Director for Excellence and Leadership at the UAE Prime Minister’s office in the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and General Coordination of SKGEP, stressed the importance of the week-long seminars, which present those in attendance with the opportunity to acquaint themselves with the system and its objectives, and discuss its various aspects with their work teams.
The seminars also highlight the advantages of the system, benefits of its implementation, as well as a detailed explanation of its numerous aspects. The participants praised the system, which serves as an incentive for more innovation and excellence.
The aim of the fourth generation of the government excellence system is to upgrade the system of government work on an innovative basis and standards based on achieved results as a foundation for excellence in government services in three main areas: achieving the vision, innovation and empowerment in realising the highest satisfaction rates and people’s happiness.
