Al Mansouri opens UAE Conference on SME and Innovation
His Excellency Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, UAE Minister of Economy and Chairman of the UAE SME Council, stressed that 10% of federal government purchases should come from small and medium enterprises.
H.E.’s remarks came on the sideline of the 7th UAE Conference on SME and Innovation, which opened in Abu Dhabi yesterday (November 8, 2016). The Minister went on to note that SMEs should be registered in local programmes such as Dubai SME to make use of the National Federal Program at the Ministry of Economy.
