Customer Happiness Index Launched at Federal Government Institutions
Her Excellency Ohoud bint Khalfan al-Roumi, Minister of State for Happiness and General Manager of the Prime Minister’s Office, launched the Customer Happiness Index at the Federal Electricity and Water Authority’s customer happiness centre in Ajman.
H.E. stressed that the UAE Government prioritises customer happiness, adhering to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nayan, President of the UAE, and the vision of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
