FAHR Launches Guide on How to Retain Employees
The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has launched a guide on how to retain staff of federal government institutions. This came during a workshop held recently in Dubai, with Dr Abdulrahman Abdulmanan al-Our, director-general of FAHR, and Aisha al-Suwaidi, executive director of HR policies at FAHR, taking part in it.
Al-Suwaidi explained that the launch of the guide aims at retaining staff and bolstering HR departments of ministries and federal authorities.
