His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, issued federal decree No. 5 for 2016, which regulates human organ and tissue transplants. The decree has been published in the recent issue of the Federal Official Gazette on Sunday. HH also issued federal decree No. 116 for 2016, restructuring the Board of Directors of Etihad Rail, whose members include Abdul Mohsin Ibrahim Younes, Chief Executive Officer for the Rail Agency at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
