President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued Federal Law No. 6 of 2016 on the allocation of additional funds to the general budget of the union and budgets of autonomous entities for the fiscal year 2016. According to the decree published in the new issue of the Official Gazette, AED 819 million worth of additional funds have been transferred from the general reserve of the country. Expenses and revenue expectations for the UAE Space Agency stand at AED 157.687 million and at AED 8 million for the Federal Customs Authority. An additional budget of AED 325.213 million allocated for the benefit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, as the Ruler of Abu Dhabi, also issued an Emiri decree appointing Major General Maktoum Ali Al Sharifi as director-general of Abu Dhabi Police.
