Ministerial Council for Development Discusses Methods to Protect Foreign Cultural Artifacts

The Ministerial Council for Development chaired by H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of the Ministerial Council for Development, has discussed means to protect loaned foreign cultural objects of significance against confiscation. It also tackled a number of policies and initiatives pertaining to housing and public health.

During the meeting, the Council discussed a proposal presented by the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development on the protection of loaned foreign cultural artifacts of significance against seizure or confiscation as per international norms in this respect.
