Ministry of Community Development issues over 13K disabled cards
Wafa bin Sulaiman, Director of the Department of Welfare and Rehabilitation of the Disabled, at the Ministry of Community Development, said that the Ministry is planning to link disabled cards electronically with four government bodies, in efforts to increase the number of services provided to disabled people.
Those four bodies include Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, Dubai Police and the Emirates Identity Authority. Bin Sulaiman added that the Ministry issued 13,779 disabled cards.
