Ministry of Education Launches "Emirates Reads" Carnival
The “Emirates Reads” carnival is set to start today in Khorfakkan city. The event is organised by the Ministry of Education, following directives from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to make October a month of reading. The carnival aims to promote the love of reading among students in the country.
