Ministry of Human Resources Rolls Out Smart App Enabling Submission of Labour-Related Complaints
The UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization has announced the release of a new smart application that will enable employers to remain updates with regards to workers’ absenteeism or lack of adherence to the working hours. The ministry explained that the new application aims to serve all parties in order to ensure social security. The ministry also confirmed that it always receives work-related complaints, adding that it investigates all cases, all the while protecting personal data, such as ID cards.
