Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum will open on Sunday the second ordinary session of the 16th Legislative Chapter of the Federal National Council (FNC), on behalf of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.  Dr. Amal Abdullah Al Qubaisi, Speaker of FNC, will deliver the opening speech. The decree by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan will then be read.  At the session of the 16th Legislative Chapter, observers will be elected and the Council’s committees will be set up.  The Council will review a letter from the government to discuss the policy of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.  It will also look at three draft federal laws, including account closing of the federal entities for the fiscal year ending on Dec.31, 2015, anti-dumping, and application of remote communication technology in penal procedures. Policies of several federal entities will be discussed as well. Crown Princes, Deputy Rulers and senior officials will attend the opening ceremony.
