New Online System for Violations, Complaint Management
The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has announced the launch of a new online system for violations and complaint management at 16 Federal authorities including 13 ministries. The new system aims at enhancing transparency and in deciding swiftly on any violations and complaints. Aisha Al-Suaidi, Human Resources Policy Director – Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, said in an interview with local daily Al-Ittihad that some Federal authorities have already started implementing the new system.
