Private sector facilities to see ratings upgrade based on Emiratization rates
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization has amended the classification criteria for private-sector facilities. The new measures propose an upgrade for a facility’s ranking based on the progress it has made with regards to the Emiratization process. Enterprises have been given a deadline of three months to ensure their Emiratization rates are up to the required levels. Meanwhile, emirates and cities have been divided into two groups; the first group includes Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. It's worth noting that the Emiratization process suggests that only nationals holding an ID and a working permit are eligible to be part of the process.
