The Ministry of Climate Change and Environment to produce fingerlings of Four Fish Species
The Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Centre for Marine Research in Umm Al Quwain, will start producing fingerlings of four fish species (Grouper, Sobaity, yellowfin seabream and Alkabt) during the beginning of the year, as part of efforts to meet the demand-supply gap for seafood in the UAE, according to Engineer Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Al Zaabi, director of the Marine Environment Research Department at the Ministry of Climate Change & Environment.
