UAE President approves establishment of Asian Investment Bank
His Highness President Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued Federal Decree No. 160 of 2015, approving an agreement to establish Asian Investment Bank. The decree has been published in the latest issue of the official gazette. The agreement to establish Asian Investment Bank was signed on 29 June 2015 in Beijing, and is aimed at boosting regional cooperation in an effort to bolster growth and enhance economic and social development in Asia.
