Emirates Programme for Excellence in Government Services

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, launched the Emirates Programme for Excellence in Government Services in March 2011, to achieve higher standards in client services by improving efficiency. The plans include new categories of government service centres, each providing a range of service options for the clients.

The Programme includes the following pillars:

  1. Star Rating for Customer Service Centres (from two to seven stars).
  2. Customer Service Charter.
  3. Government Service Excellence Forum.
  4. Service Quality Manual.
  5. UAE Federal Feedback Gateway.
